So..

Went out and work on the car abit today... ended up taking a razor and cleaning up all the residue from the Sexy Pants stickers, so lesson learned there.

NEVER EVER put a sticker on a painted surface. EVER!!!!

So yea after that i whipped out the touch up paint and "fixed" the hatch surface. So no worried about rusting there for now eh?

Also checked out the engine bay, Checked fluids, tighten bolts, etc.


O in my fury of bloggin last nite i forgot to mention i finally got Kamizake Renegade's off the ground. Went out and did some intial filming, with Adam and a few other locals. Made a very quick edit while trying to get back in the grove or editing and using iMovie, i guess once i get comvertable with it i can make the jump back up to Final Cut, or else that icon is just gonna stay sitting there on my dock..... which would be a mjor waste for such an exspenive program...

Burnt Out...

im so sick of my job atm. so much its affecting my car, for the past 2 weeks, ive been sitting with quarter tank left. and some how its still going.

ive hit boost 3x in the past week. O yea.. 2 weeks ago i got in a wreck... ended up hydroplaning off the road at 25 mph. and took out a mailbox. When i came to a stop everything looked fine, except where the mailbox itself bounced off my hood and then bounced off the trunk.... great. So after all the hoop la. i go to drive away. thats when i learned that my driveshaft had taken all the damage in the crash....

from what i could gather when i hitthe mailbox, the pole acted like a vulcrum and the cement base of the box slammed right into the driveshaft. it completely destroyed the carrier bearing. Well considering this is my only daily i had to replace the driveshaft ASAP. well 3 days later and 40 bucks less i got one that i needed. So after i got that installed the next day was FD Atlanta. was fun drove my own car there and hung out for abit. Seems since i got back from FD ive got no drive to do anything with the car...

i hate the way it looks, ive got shitty SEs on it, the rears have 70 series tires..... fucking 17s are much smaller than that. After the wreck all i can see is the damage but i cant afford to fix it, and then i start thinking about when i do get some rims ill have to roll the front fenders and both fenders are bad... so i guess ill be looking for a clean front end for my car. but finding a perfect driverside fender is like finding a needle in a hay stack. grrr...

well atleast the interior is clean enough.... ive came to all this becuase, before a few weeks ago, i would have a day off and the day before i would be planning what things i would go and do with and to my car. and i wouldnt have a negatiove attitude about it. but now i have off tommorrow and i dont even wanna look at my car.

so with that i leave you with what im doing right now. looking out the window giving my car the finger..

its a love hate relationship. and ATM i hate it.

No SAFC or Boost Controller. BUT!

I did get an exhaust, 3" catback, with resonator and 4" tip.

50 dolla.

Also I fixed EVERY SINGLE LEAK!!! for now... Got my oil return line bent in the right place and added a new OIL SAFE hose. and sealed the deal with 2 new ties. done and done.

so yea... thats about it

ca is good, and i cant wait to start working at NTB, ive been in desperate need of some new clothes lol.... so i soent some time today going through the interwebs and bookmarking some shirts and things. So yea.... im kinda planning out what im gonna be spending all this extra cash flow on. so far:

Yesterday.

so i finally got to go take the drug test for NTB, and well that was a trip in it self. My battery died when trying to find the place and anthony came to give me jump and show me where the place was, considering the NTB guys had no clue they just gave me the general direction and sent me on my way.... but yea my battery hasnt been charging properly and i knew it... I ws hoping it wasnt going to be my alt, so after limping it home from Kennesaw, with the car dieing inbetween redlights i got it back to my apt, and popped the hood. the bolt on my alt was pure white and was sparking..... so i thought well there it is.... the bolt diddnt look tightened down at all. So i went to tighten it, and in the process teh whole assembly shattered into tiny pieces..... and when i touched the wires going to the alt and the bolt, they crumbled apart.... i was so pissed. so long story short, i completly removed the alt and went to work trying to find a way to fix this mess. so i went to oriely got some wire and some battery ends. and went to work rebuilding my harness. in my apt parking lot. in the rain. fun fun. well i took me about an hour and i had the harness remade and had the alt back on the motor. and now with my alt belt tighter than before and my battery finally getting the right amount of charge the car is running better. except now ive got a bit of delay from what feels like spark when i hit boost..... guess thats what i get for getting cheap spark plugs. well ill have good ones in there before i get tuned.

Long Weekend.

OK first off. South East Drift Challenge. was insane! two days of sliding at turner field, it was more awesome than its sounds!

but the final day ended with a top 32 comp. turned out only 21 actually qualified.... but none the less, was fun to be part if the crowd during all this! Marty and Sammy were KILLING IT in the Tiger Racing S13!

ALthough Justin in the Marco's Old LS1 S13, won the finals against Marty, (although, i would have said marty did a whole lot better IMO) and Andy sapp came in 3rd with Sammy Tiger finishing off the top 4.

All of them did amazing and really shows what ATL can offer!


OK enough chat about them. time for my car!

So the fornt bumper is back on the car, after an hour with a saw and little convincing. everything was looking good saturday morning....

long story short. My PS boiled over..... and by sunday i had no fix for it so i cut off the PS belt.... no PS and welded diff.... SUX

So friday im redoing the entire PS system and hopefully i can find the issue that caused this in the first place. wish me luck. O and i still have the coolant leak....... i need ot get on that.

the simeple things can get fixed quickily... lol

so i went to Oriely during my break at work tonight, and got a vac line connector. went out in the parking lot and cut off the burnt middle and connected the 2 ends. wala! and my shit idles perfecty fine and i can hear my BOV again.



well the plans for friday are as so:

Wake UP 9am. Goto Moms Office and Do the Taxes For the family

eat lunch after

Go pickup my front bumper from home

Goto jackson's and cut bumper support, and reistall bumper

Fix leaking rear brakes

Fix coolant leak

Clean Inside and Outside of my Car.

AS i spoke....

So i noticed yesterday that i couldnt hear my BOV as much.... I said to myself that if it was not working something would be off... so i must not be hearing it cause my crazy loud exhuast....


well my idle was hitting pretty low. and i decide to pop the hood and look if there was a lose connection or a vac leak... thats when i discovered it.

My vac line that goes to the BOV had been eaten thru..... by the PS pump pulley..... so i needz new vac line.

I Can...

only hope theres not a rule about NOT posting everyday..... then again if there is i wouldnt be missing it... lol

ZOMG.

No news to report on the CA... but i helped my friend Casey move his new S13 shell into his garage. His old car was a nice s14, until a Van rammed the car behind him at 50mph and thus shoved that car and that made him part of a s14 sammich. long story short. he is fins and both ends of the S14 are toast.

So He picked up a S13 and decided to swap everything over that will work. So we started by moving in the S13 Coupe into his garage. To bad i have to work tommorrow or i would be there to help with the S14 tear down.

its raining all day today, and i had to drive around everywhere. Boost hits and the rear end kicks out, its fairly fun!

Battery Tie Down and Coolant Leak


maybe if i fucking see this more often i will actaully go fix these issues. Cause i keep telling myself to do it., but for some reason, pulling over on the side of the road and re connecting my battery is easier than buying a fucking tie down.

O and adding coolant is easier than replacing a hose.

So after my swap and eveyrthing i have finally hit a point where everything has been replaced and my car is actually acting well. No issues today or yesterday. And then it rained....

and well before with the KA that means i would go hit up my favorite place to slide. Its this nice slb of aprking lot far from the road. and well i saw it raining from inside wrok at closing tonight and i had the great idea of going and introducing my CA to the spot. Well that when my mind kciked in and was like "You dont have an exhaust!!!!! You will get caught and/or ruin your spot for future sliding"

and as i sat there argueing with myself i wondered if other people had this thought process.. Obviuosl most dont and go slide without thinking the long term consequences of their actions. But im kinda glad i think this way. Cause i like my spot. I like going back to my spot and i especially like having my spot.


O and dont worry i cured a little of my Sidewayz Itch, on the way home it kicked out when i hit boost and I let it go and did a short lil Manji. :)

then my battery fell over and my postitive wire fell off the post and my car died in the middle of a 4 lan road..... on a hill..... FML.

Boost Leaks.

i dropped 60 bucks on a fucking 02 sensor.... thinking that was the issue. NO i was dead fucking wrong! small little boost leak from my BOV.

well there goes 60 bucks donw the drain.


actually its not that bad cause my old O2 was on its way out and the CA pulls harder now so i guess theres a positive.
